Parking Restrictions

Recently, Goodfellow Bros., LLC sent out a notice to the homes and businesses in the immediate vicinity of Salt Lake Boulevard about the upcoming on-street and easement parking restrictions. Below is a copy of the notice and a downloadable link for your convenience.

Road Widening and Utility Installation Salt Lake Area

(Salt Lake Boulevard Widening, Phase 3A)

Please be advised, as a part of the Salt Lake Boulevard Widening, Phase 3A project, you are receiving this courtesy notice because there will be road work in proximity of your homes on Salt Lake Blvd. The work includes but not limited to drilling, cold-planning asphalt, excavating, trenching, demolition, utility installation, saw cutting and resurfacing of asphalt concrete. Goodfellow Bros. will maintain an environmental consciousness by following and enforcing the BMP's per plan. Work is tentatively scheduled to begin on August 22nd, 2022 and last approximately 300 calendar days in front of your homes weather permitting with no anticipated impacts at this point. Most of the work will continue on the other side of the road beyond 300 days but shouldn't impact the easement parking in front of your houses. The allowable work hours will be from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays. Road users are reminded to observe and obey all traffic controls, posted signs and Special Duty Officers. On-street and easement parking will be prohibited during working hours, PLEASE OBSERVE THE DATES AND TIMES ON THE POSTED ROADWAY SIGNS; illegally parked vehicles will be towed if necessary, at the owner's expense. Motorists are advised to proceed with caution through the construction area.
